My name is Sylvia Watkins owner and pastry chef of Sylver's Sweets. I have always had a passion for cooking I decided to attend Le Cordon Bleu and get my degree. My plan was to get a degree in Patisserie and Baking and then come back to obtain my culinary degree. Needless to say I fell in love with Pastry.  For mothers day back in 2012 I decided to do my very first bake sale where I sold cookies. It was huge success and Sylver's Sweets was born. I have a passion for what I do. I love making people smile with every single bite. A little peace of heaven is what I like to call it.
